Marketing needs data. Throughout my career, I’ve built datasets to answer inform product direction and marketing initiatives. At XO Group, I showed that the greatest retention-driving product feature was a Wedding Countdown Timer. At Time Inc, I cut through the bureaucracy to implement a new DMP in record time. And, currently, at Customer.io, I lead the marketing initiatives for a rising B2B SaaS MarTech Platform.

In November 2020, I took NYU Professor Scott Galloway’s Brand Strategy sprint. The final project for the course was to do a brand audit and propose a brand strategy for a company of your choice. I chose Customer.io - and out of a class of 800 students Professor Galloways singled mine out for it’s quality and added that the aesthetics were “especially arresting”.
